What is the article and indexing lifecycle transparency?
We publicly disclose two things no other publisher does: (1) the complete lifecycle of every article — submission, plagiarism check, editor assignment, peer review, decision, production, publication, and ongoing metrics — with verifiable timestamps; and (2) the complete indexing status of every journal — active databases, pending applications, rejections (yes, those too), and target databases.
How can publication really happen in 14 days?
Through parallel workflows, not skipped steps. Plagiarism screening runs automatically on submission. Reviewers are invited in parallel rather than sequentially, with honorariums for fast turnaround. Production runs on JATS XML automation. Major revisions extend the timeline transparently.
What is Datarsoft Publishing's UGC compliance status?
The UGC-CARE journal listing system was officially discontinued on February 11, 2025. UGC has introduced new suggestive parameters for identifying credible peer-reviewed journals. Datarsoft Publishing fully aligns with these updated parameters — rigorous double-blind peer review, internationally credible editorial boards, COPE-aligned publication ethics, iThenticate plagiarism screening, CrossRef DOI on every article, full indexing transparency, and author-centric open access. We follow internationally accepted academic publishing standards in alignment with the latest UGC and AICTE recommendations.
Is Datarsoft Publishing Scopus / Web of Science indexed?
Not yet, and we will not falsely claim otherwise. Scopus and Web of Science require 2+ years of publication history, citation evidence, and geographic diversity. We are building all required elements from day one. Target application year: 2028.
What does "100+ integrations" really mean?
We are natively integrated with 100+ scholarly tools, identifiers, indexes, preservation networks, reference managers, AI tools, and compliance frameworks. No manual metadata work, no formatting gaps, no missing identifiers. Your article reaches every relevant scholarly ecosystem on day one.
Do I retain copyright if my paper is accepted?
Yes. Articles are published under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) by default. Authors retain copyright; we receive only a non-exclusive license to publish, distribute, and archive. You may reuse, adapt, share, translate, and self-archive without permission.
How do I submit my manuscript?
Use the "Submit Editorial Application" button at the top of any page, or email your manuscript to ejournal@datarsoft.tech. We accept manuscripts in MS Word, LaTeX, and PDF formats. Sign in with ORCID for fastest submission. The editorial office responds within two working days.
What happens if Datarsoft Publishing ceases operations?
Every article is deposited in CLOCKSS and Portico — community-governed dark archives. If we cease operations, both archives will make our entire content openly available to the global community. Your CrossRef DOI will continue resolving permanently.
Where is Datarsoft Publishing based?
Datarsoft Publishing House operates under Datarsoft Tech Private Limited (CIN: U62091GJ2023PTC145084), incorporated October 2023, with offices at 311, University Plaza, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad – 380009, Gujarat, India. We are subject to Indian law, GST, and the DPDP Act 2023.
