By using our website, submitting manuscripts, or accepting review invitations, you agree to these terms. These terms are governed by Indian law and disputes are subject to the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Datarsoft Publishing House website (datarsoft.tech and subdomains), submitting manuscripts, reviewing, or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligible Users
Use of our submission and review services is available to:
- Researchers and authors aged 18 and above (or with institutional authorization).
- Reviewers approved through our reviewer registration process.
- Editorial board members appointed by Datarsoft.
- Librarians and institutional representatives.
Reading published articles is open to anyone without registration.
3. Content
All published articles are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). You may share, adapt, and reuse with proper attribution. The Datarsoft Publishing House name, logo, and trade dress remain our trademarks.
4. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate, current information in submissions and profiles.
- Not impersonate other authors, reviewers, or editors.
- Not attempt to circumvent peer review processes.
- Not engage in plagiarism, fabrication, or other research misconduct.
- Not use our services for illegal purposes.
- Not attempt to disrupt our systems or harm other users.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following are prohibited:
- Submitting fraudulent, plagiarized, or AI-fabricated work.
- Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions.
- Attempting to identify blinded reviewers or authors.
- Sharing manuscript content received as a reviewer.
- Spamming, harassment, or threatening communication.
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems.
- Scraping content for commercial reuse without attribution.
6. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, including:
- Research misconduct findings.
- Repeated violation of submission or review policies.
- Fraudulent or abusive activity.
- Failure to pay legitimate APCs after acceptance.
7. Disclaimers
We provide our services "as is" without warranty of any kind. Published articles represent the views of their authors and not necessarily those of Datarsoft Publishing House. We do not guarantee that any specific journal will achieve any specific indexing within any specific timeline.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Datarsoft Publishing House is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid to us by the affected user in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Datarsoft Publishing House from claims arising from violation of these terms, plagiarism, copyright infringement, or false statements in submitted manuscripts.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes are communicated via email to registered users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
