FOR LIBRARIANS

Open access journals with the metadata your library expects.

Full COUNTER 5 usage statistics, KBART title lists, MARC records, OAI-PMH harvesting, SUSHI reporting, IP-range and Shibboleth authentication, and direct API access — all free for institutional subscribers.

All Datarsoft journals are open access. Your institution does not need to purchase access — every article is freely available to every reader, everywhere. What we provide is the metadata and integration your discovery systems and library administrators need.

What Datarsoft Provides Libraries

1. Free institutional access

All Datarsoft journals are open access. There is no subscription fee. Your institution does not need to purchase access — every article is freely available to every reader, everywhere.

2. Institutional discovery integrations

Full metadata feeds to EBSCO, ProQuest, Ex Libris (Alma, Primo, Summon), OCLC WorldCat, and SerialsSolutions. KBART title list, updated quarterly. MARC 21 records on request.

3. Usage analytics

COUNTER 5 compliant usage reports for institutional administrators. SUSHI protocol support for automated harvest. Article-level, journal-level, and aggregate views, downloads, and citations. Available via dashboard or API.

4. Author affiliation tracking

Reports of articles authored by your institution's faculty and students. ROR-based affiliation matching ensures accurate attribution. Useful for institutional research output reports, NAAC self-study reports, and NIRF data submissions.

5. Repository deposit

OAI-PMH endpoint for harvesting articles into your institutional repository. Direct integration with DSpace, Eprints, and InvenioRDM. Full-text and metadata both available.

6. Open Access funding workflows

If your institution has an Open Access fund supporting APCs, we can integrate prepayment workflows so individual authors do not need to handle invoicing personally.
