Complete Public Transparency on Every Article
Academic publishing should be built on trust. We are proud to be the first global publisher to offer complete, verifiable public transparency on two critical processes: the peer-review lifecycle of every article and the real-time indexing status of every journal.
Article Lifecycle Transparency
Every published paper includes a public, cryptographic ledger tracking its exact history from submission to live indexing. No hidden timelines.
Indexing Pipeline Transparency
Every journal maintains a public indexing status dashboard tracking application timelines, reference letters, and decision pipelines.
"If we ever misrepresent indexing or article history — we will close the journal."
Scholarly publishing has been plagued by predatory houses that lie about indexing, falsify editorial boards, or simulate peer review. Datarsoft is built on verifiable trust. If a regulatory board or independent committee demonstrates that we have misrepresented any paper's review history or indexing status, we pledge to close that journal immediately and refund all affected authors.

Transparency FAQs
Addressing common queries regarding our disclosure standards.
Why does Datarsoft publish indexing rejections?
Most academic publishers pretend they never fail indexing reviews. They hide rejections or silently re-apply. We believe researchers deserve the full picture. If a journal application is rejected by Scopus, Web of Science, or another major database, we publish the rejection letter, the exact reasons given, and our re-application calendar. This keeps authors informed and helps build trust.
Does publishing review timelines compromise double-blind anonymity?
No. Anonymity is completely preserved. The public lifecycle page lists only the quantity of external reviewers, the duration of reviews, and the editorial decisions. It does not publish the reviewers’ names, email addresses, or affiliations. This matches COPE best-practice recommendations for article histories.
Can funders or universities use these ledgers for compliance audits?
Yes. The Datarsoft verification system was specifically built to help institutions (like SWAYAM, NIRF, UGC, and funding agencies) audit research outputs quickly. Every published article includes a direct verification link, meaning administrative boards do not need to contact us to confirm a paper's legitimacy or review history.
